Barbara Winn

Barbara is a native Pennsylvanian and avid equestrian with a corporate background.  Barbara has been riding and showing horses since early childhood.  She also has studied in Texas under Jan Dawson at the American Association for Horsemanship Safety, and instructed hunt seat riders for several years.  Barbara currently resides in southern Lehigh County, where she has a three-stall horse property on approximately 7 acres.  She lives there with her horse, After Me (an Arabian mare) and her daughter’s horse, Premonition (a Thoroughbred gelding).  She and her daughter show their horses locally in hunter, breed and dressage shows and do a lot of trail riding.  Barbara has many years of business experience in the financial data services/credit industry, where she held management positions for over ten years.

In 2010, Barbara sold close to $2 million in real estate.  One of her listings, 235 Callow Hill Road, Mohrsville, PA sold in only 17 days (DOM) at a price over the listing price, after it had been on the market for 6 months previously with another realtor!  Barbara’s horse knowledge, contacts and marketing expertise will help you achieve similar results.

Barbara,
First, let me compliment on your follow-up and sales technique.  Many are lacking, but you “got it”...

You and Cindy were the more professional people I had talked to both in Virginia and Pennsylvania.

Testimonials:

Hello Vern, I want to send my thanks to you and Jeff Harris for your help in making my home purchase possible. As a first time home buyer, I was reliant on your expertise and throughout the process you did well to gain my trust. Both of you came highly regarded
Thank you for taking the time to answer questions, making yourself available to meet at lunch, and for always providing alternate considerations. That was tremendous in easing any anxiety I had about the process. I have no doubt that that type of customer service will benefit you/your company as the real estate market recovers.
I wish you best of luck in your future business, and perhaps in the future we may have occasion to do business once again. Regards, Renaldo

Vern: Thank you for your patience throughout my home buying process. I settled into the house and I'm working on making it my home.  Please stay in touch from time to time. I'll keep your info handy for the next time someone asks me for home buying recommendations. Best Regards, Renaldo

Hey Vern.  We were extremely happy (and frankly surprised) by the quick results provided by your company.  You were very open and honest with us, up front about pricing our property for sale and that obviously paid dividends for us in the form of a quick sale.  It was really clear to me that your marketing approach was targeted to the exact audience we needed to accomplish that sale.  Thank you so much for all you did!  Sincerely, Brian

Testimonials:

I wanted to say thank you for all your help. It was so nice to work with someone who was so professional and laid back at the same time. You were never pushy or demanding, and we could go about our purchase in our own way. We have always gone about things a little differently and you dealt with that wonderfully. You always made the extra effort to meet us, even thought the drive was far, and the traffic bad. We couldn't be happier with our experience in finding and purchasing a farm with your help.

Looking forward to seeing you out at the shows!

All the best,

Briana Yetter
