Barbara Winn

Barbara is a native Pennsylvanian and avid equestrian with a corporate background.  Barbara has been riding and showing horses since early childhood.  She also has studied in Texas under Jan Dawson at the American Association for Horsemanship Safety, and instructed hunt seat riders for several years.  Barbara currently resides in southern Lehigh County, where she has a three-stall horse property on approximately 7 acres.  She lives there with her horse, After Me (an Arabian mare) and her daughter’s horse, Premonition (a Thoroughbred gelding).  She and her daughter show their horses locally in hunter, breed and dressage shows and do a lot of trail riding.  Barbara has many years of business experience in the financial data services/credit industry, where she held management positions for over ten years.

In 2010, Barbara sold close to $2 million in real estate.  One of her listings, 235 Callow Hill Road, Mohrsville, PA sold in only 17 days (DOM) at a price over the listing price, after it had been on the market for 6 months previously with another realtor!  Barbara’s horse knowledge, contacts and marketing expertise will help you achieve similar results.
