The United States has officially withdrawn its bid for Wellington, FL to be the site of the 2018 World Equestrian Games. A change in local government spurred the withdrawal. Three other locations are still under consideration: Rabat (MAR), Bromont (CAN), and Vienna (AUT). The FEI will convene this week with bidding teams from all three candidate cities on July 11th.
