Towns were destroyed, dozens of people were killed, and residents of over twelves states now face a long and difficult &nbsp;recovery process.</span><br /> <br /> <span style="font-size:11.5pt;font-family:'Arial','sans-serif';color:black;">The hardships are intensified for horse owners, who also face the overwhelming expenses of feeding, caring for, and relocating their horses in the midst of the tornadoes&rsquo; aftermath. </span><br /> <br /> <span style="font-size:11.5pt;font-family:'Arial','sans-serif';color:black;">The USEF has set up the USEF Equine Disaster Relief Fund to provide support for equestrians whose lives and animals have been affected by the storms&rsquo; destruction. Donations will be used to assist in the care of equids in the tornado-stricken areas.
