Cindy did a highly professional job selling my farm and I am pleased to recommend her services to anyone. She firstly understood my property and to what audience it would most appeal and then she created great awareness of the offering, complete with superb photos and aerial video, resulting in a very satisfying flow of prospective buyers to view the farm. I had several offers and Cindy helped sort through these and finally closed a deal with the right buyer. Cindy provided the service I hoped to get from a real estate broker so I do not hesitate to say she delivers on her promises.

Finding a home without going inside a home due to Covid was challenging, but Cindy and Brigita advised us correctly and legally. Cindy's guidance was very detailed and accurate. She was very patient with us as we learned about the new technologies in the process of buying and selling. She also negotiated for us when we identified problems when buying the new home. Cindy did a great job marketing our property. The listing pictures of home and barn were first rate, driving lots of traffic. Closing was within two months, very easy process.
