When it comes to real estate, Cindy Stys Equestrian and Country Properties is the most efficient and trustworthy that you can hire to assist you with the process. I had a great experience with Brigita Mckelvie. The property I purchased had some issues and Brigita was on top of everything checking things out and making sure everything was working to my best interest. Thank you Brigita! It was great to have you representing me.

Best,

Lourival Chierenrin

I have had the pleasure of working with Brigita over the years on many projects. Brigita is always professional, upbeat and her integrity is beyond stellar. I first got to work with Brigita when I was buying a house that she was representing the sellers. I had no agent representing me. She was diligent and made sure both sides were happy. I appreciated her style so much I hired her sell two properties that we both knew were going to be challenging to say the least. One was a single family house that was below value to what was still owed. Within a short amount of time it was sold and I was breathing easier. The next project was a bit more of a challenge. The bank wanted to foreclose, but we wanted to have a Short Sale. Within two weeks of listing the property we were able to place 5 offers on the bank's desk to consider. Despite the bank being especially difficult with paperwork, Brigita worked tirelessly to get them to accept an offer. Since Brigita was so diligent, we were able to avoid foreclosure and an investor was quite happy with their new project. Also, due to life throwing me a curve ball, I needed Brigita to sell the property that started all this. For all three projects I was out of state, but thanks to technology and tenacity it all got done. I would highly recommend Brigita hands down, whether it's a horse property - which is her specialty- or another type. You will be in great hands.

Thanks again for all you have done Brigita!

Sincerely ,

Shauna Bailey

Brigita,

I wanted to say thank you for all your help. It was so nice to work with someone who was so professional and laid back at the same time. You were never pushy or demanding, and we could go about our purchase in our own way. We have always gone about things a little differently and you dealt with that wonderfully. You always made the extra effort to meet us, even thought the drive was far, and the traffic bad. We couldn't be happier with our experience in finding and purchasing a farm with your help. Looking forward to seeing you out at the shows!

All the best, Briana Yetter

Dear Brigita,

Just wanted to thank you so very much for your excellent service in selling our home of 35+ years.  You kept us up to date on everything that transpired throughout the whole process.  And, the settlement could not have gone smoother and easier than it did.  The family that bought our home was wonderful and we feel we left it in good hands.

Thanks so much again. Lois and John

Brigita,

We just wanted to thank you for representing us as our realtor on both the sale of our farm house to the purchasing the new home we are in today. The whole process from listing our home to holding both closing in one day was quite a feat but working with you was a pleasure, your professionalism and demeanor was very calming and reassuring to us when things got a little stressful. You will be highly recommended by us to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home or horse property.

Sincerely, Ed and Holly

It was such a pleasure to work with Brigita McKelvie. She worked with us for over a year to help us find our new home. Seeing property after property was trying at times but Brigita gave us input and hope during this journey. She is a rare combination of friendly as well as very professional and knowledgeable which was essential during this process. We feel as though we now have a new friend.

Sincerely, Jane and Mike

Hi Brigita

Ironically, I received an e-mail from a realtor that we worked with prior to you. Specifically, he specialized in properties (farm and "unusual") in Northern NJ, and southeastern counties of NY State. He checked back in to ask our status and I filled him in on our potential closing on Friday. He is impressed that we found a property that appears to fit our needs. He asked if we would recommend the services of our realtor, as I informed him of our long, difficult journey thus far. Should he need to refer anyone to your area in PA, he would be interested in your name and contact to pass on, if we were satisfied. Well, OF COURSE, I will give you the highest recommendation and hopefully it will lead to future, painless, property sales! The realtor is Duane Paul, from the Vernon, NJ area.  I suspect that you will not object to my recommendation and forwarding your contact information. :^)  I will do so later today.  That is the good news of the day for you! - Debra

Dieter Metzger

Having spent years in Europe and Manhattan, Dieter came to realize that rural life in eastern Pennsylvania was what suited him best and has made it his goal to help others appreciate the region his immigrant parents adopted decades ago.  He’s found it offers the best of both worlds – quality country living and easy access to his network of associates in New York. Before being an active realtor, he worked in public relations for high-profile clients in the entertainment and healthcare industries and, prior to that, was involved in many aspects of the restaurant business. His career experiences fostered an astute sensitivity to the needs of people with diverse backgrounds and lifestyles.  He and his wife own an early nineteenth-century farmhouse in Monroe County and fill their spare time with landscaping and restoration.

Dieter is an avid animal lover and volunteers his time and support to several animal rescue organizations. He has great enthusiasm for horses and the equestrian community. He also believes strongly in the conservation of Pennsylvania’s natural beauty and vast open space and so has focused his real estate career on the marketing and sale of larger properties.  He enjoys working for a more specialized real estate company because it enables him to dedicate more time to his clients.

Dieter is an active member of the National Association of Realtors and the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors.

Dieter Metzger has the expertise and responsiveness that most others do not. His attention to detail and understanding of your wants and needs are far above the rest. We will do all our future business with Dieter.

We cannot recommend Dieter Metzger enough if you're looking for a top-notch real estate agent. As prospective buyers living over 150 miles away, it was important for us to choose a realtor who not only knew the area well, but also had a good idea of what we were looking for. Dieter carefully screened houses for us and with his flexible schedule, we were able to look at these properties when it was convenient for us.The only time he encouraged us to change our schedule was when he told us that he found a house that he thought we would love, and he was right. We put a bid on it right away and Dieter skillfully negotiated a price we were very happy with. After this was settled, Dieter walked us through the process and was always available to us whenever we needed him. Up until closing time, he handled all aspects in a timely and professional manner, while always maintaining his friendly demeanor. In what normally is a very stressful process, he left us 100% confident that all the bases were covered and there were no surprises. Even after settling into our new home, Dieter has been helpful to us in acclimating to the Pocono area and always tries to point us in the right direction with any of our needs or questions. We would recommend Dieter whole heartedly.

As some of you know we just listed our home for sale a few days ago. It sold for full price in less than a week after signing with Cindy Stys Equestrian & Country Properties. The agent was Dieter Metzger. It only took 9 days. Thank you… You are the best and I really appreciate your professionalism in dealing with clients like me in this stressful time of uncertainty.

– Prudence and Joseph Percoco

"We were very happy with how Dieter handled the sale of our home.  His communication skills were fantastic.  His overall knowledge and advice were extremely helpful, it was obvious that he had our needs in mind first versus a desire to “make a sale”. He also did a great job of managing our stress level, we would recommend him to anyone."

– Lynn and Randy Halstead

Thanks again for all you did to allow us to own our beautiful property. Honestly, if it wasn't for your diligence and extra help I don't think this would've ever happened. You truly are very good at what you do. If you ever need a reference or someone that would like to know your skills, please have them get in touch with me.

– William Kozlansky

Dieter Metzger is the best realtor we have ever been fortunate to have working for us to get our dream home. Through his determination and guidance he helped us find a competent home inspector and a mortgage bank. Dieter encouraged us and literally called daily to make sure we were happy and involved. Also, he has an amazing attention to detail and professionalism.

Sheila Finn

Sheila is originally from the Valley Forge area and spent her childhood riding. From a young age, she worked at a local hunter/jumper barn cleaning stalls in exchange for the opportunity to lease and ride the owner’s horses. It was in this capacity that she learned an excellent work ethic and ultimately the love and care these magnificent animals require. Later Sheila went on to fox hunt in the Blue Bell area with Gallows Run Fox Hunt and then on to dressage which remained her main focus for more than a decade. Having spent time in Wellington with her Intermediaire I horse, Sheila understands the nuances or horse sport and management.

Sheila chose to make a career change from a former business /marketing background to real estate and hasn’t looked back, excited to combine her passion with a career! When she is not busy selling real estate, she loves to hike with her border collie, Zeke, ride, travel, read and garden.
