My heart is feeling a bit pale watching the opening ceremony of the London Olympics since this is the first time in 16 years that I am not involved with the Olympics through equestrian sports.  I started my career in international horse sport in the Olympic department of the International Equestrian Federation (aka FEI) in Switzerland also home to the International Olympic Committee, the fall prior to the Atlanta Games in 1996.  Although only involved at the administrative level at the FEI and then at the US Equestrian Federation, I feel extremely privileged to have been part of the monumental sporting event that joins nations (even warring ones) together.

Cindy Stys Equestrian & Country Properties though is proud to stay involved with the Games, although at another level, by making available the schedule to the equestrian disciplines as well as by bringing you all the latest Olympic news on our fantastic sport!  View NBC's coverage schedule here:

We will be keeping a keen eye on Pennsylvania's 2 Equestrians from Chester County, Phillip Dutton and Boyd Martin.

Stay tuned!
